• I think that a better place to check 'ignoreunrecognized' is on 'else' branch on line 867(for locked flags) and on 'else' branch on line 870(where we actually found unrecognized option). If 'ignoreunrecognized' is true, then return true in this case, otherwise execute code in these 'else' branches.
• One on 7.9.1, working fine, one on 7.9.2, having this exact issue reporting the unrecognized VM option. Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
• Is anyone else having this issue when they run the module it complains about this in java 9 mac version? Below is the issue! Unrecognized option: -modulepath Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. How to reproduce? I am doing this example. The last step is to run the module using below command. That's when i see the issue.
