That said, MT Power Drum Kit 2 is awesome, and it’s my go-to drum VST when capturing a live drummer is impractical or just not possible. In fact, it’s one of THE best free VSTs around. This VST sounds good and is probably the closest thing you can find to free realistic sounding drums. I even find they respond well to effects.
